After 30 years of Art and Design and 30 years of facing a deadline, I decided to go back to my first love, which is painting.

About my Work:
I feel my work is more about the act of painting rather than the creation of a picture.

My career taught me how important the use of design elements are in creating a composition. I use those same elements such as line, shape, color, texture and value in creating my paintings. Playing with bold, vibrant color combinations, juxtaposed with shapes and textures in an abstract fashion are what make up most of my work

Bird Art:
I have always been fascinated with birds. After a visit to Africa I was inspired by the crazy and amazing birds there. I began painting, collaging and creating these fun birds, always from my imagination.
