This series started a few years ago when my son & daughter in law lived in Uganda, Africa in the Peace Corps. We visited and I was mesmerized by the birds.
Upon my return I started painting birds inspired from my experience.
Many people purchased them. They would come back and tell me as they passed the painting in their homes they would greet it and say “Hello Bird”.
I am bringing back the series calling it “Hello Bird”. They are full of fun, joy and happiness.
